Terms and Conditions.

General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the UB Night Special Experience organized and operated by MBP LLC. By making a reservation and completing payment through our official website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations

2.1. Reservations must be made through the official MBP LLC website or other authorized booking channels.

2.2. A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

2.3. Once the reservation is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer's registered email address.

Payment

3.1. Online payments may be made using Visa or Mastercard through the Bonum checkout when card payments are available on the website.

3.2. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency indicated on the booking page.

3.3. Any applicable bank charges or payment processing fees imposed by the customer's financial institution are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a 100% refund.

4.2. Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

4.3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

4.4. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, MBP LLC reserves the right to reschedule the event or provide an appropriate refund at its sole discretion.

Participant Responsibilities

5.1. Participants are expected to comply with all event rules and safety instructions provided by MBP LLC staff.

5.2. Participants must behave respectfully toward other guests, staff members, and performers throughout the event.

5.3. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals who have reached the legal drinking age in accordance with the laws of Mongolia.

5.4. MBP LLC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behavior is considered disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful without any obligation to provide a refund.

Organizer's Rights

6.1. MBP LLC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, program, or entertainment lineup due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

7.1. MBP LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from the participant's own negligence or misconduct.

7.2. MBP LLC shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy Policy

8.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation management, customer communication, payment processing, and service delivery.

8.2. MBP LLC is committed to protecting customers' personal information in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Mongolia.

8.3. MBP LLC does not store customers' credit or debit card information. All payment transactions are processed securely through Bonum.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mongolia.
